Anti-LSR Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against LSR and supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. It is intended for use in Western blot (WB) applications and is of polyclonal clonality with an IgG isotype.

The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 50–240 of human LSR (NP_057009.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Formulation details: Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
