Anti-LSP1 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Lymphocyte-Specific Protein 1 (LSP1), also known as the 47 kDa actin-binding protein, 52 kDa phosphoprotein, pp52, or WP34. The reagent is supplied as an affinity-purified IgG fraction at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, where it specifically detects endogenous levels of total LSP1 protein. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a synthetic peptide derived from an internal region of human LSP1. The product is offered in a 50 µL volume and is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
