LSM7 is a core subunit of the Lsm2-8 heptameric ring that binds the 3' end of U6 snRNA and supports spliceosome assembly during pre-mRNA splicing in eukaryotic cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com is intended for Western Blot detection of endogenous LSM7 in human and mouse samples. The 100 µl volume is supplied as a ready-to-use primary antibody for immunoblotting workflows, including studies of RNA processing, U6 snRNP biogenesis, and spliceosomal complex formation. Because the antibody is unconjugated, it can be paired with a secondary reagent of the researcher's choice for chemiluminescent or fluorescent Western blot readout, giving flexibility across standard SDS-PAGE and transfer protocols.
