Anti-LRRK2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LRRK2, supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and preservative. It is validated for western blotting (WB) at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000. Depending on the specific immunogen used, variants react with rat samples (immunogen corresponding to amino acids 2355-2527 of human LRRK2) or with human, mouse, and rat samples (immunogen corresponding to amino acids 750-910 of human LRRK2), with the latter additionally validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 290 kDa. For storage, the antibody should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles, and is shipped at 4°C.
