Leucine-Rich Repeat Kinase 2 (LRRK2) is a large multidomain enzyme whose coding variants, most notably G2019S, represent the most frequent monogenic driver of familial and apparently sporadic Parkinson's disease. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as 200 µl of IgG, validated by Antibodies.com for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry workflows on human samples. The unconjugated format allows pairing with any chosen labelled secondary reagent, supporting parallel detection strategies across cell culture lysates, fixed tissue sections, and suspension cell preparations in studies of kinase signalling, mitochondrial dynamics, autophagy, and neuroinflammation in neural and immune cell models. Aliquot upon receipt and store per manufacturer guidance to preserve reagent performance across multiple experimental sessions. Intended for research use only.
