Anti-LRRC59 Antibody

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-244 of human LRRC59 (NP_060979.2). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C, and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC.
