Anti-LRRC57 Antibody

Produced in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated polyclonal antiserum, this 100 µl reagent specifically recognizes human LRRC57, a leucine-rich-repeat protein that localizes to the cytoplasm and has been characterized as a negative modulator of cGAS-STING innate immune signaling. The antibody is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, allowing researchers to detect endogenous LRRC57 expression in cell lysates and to localize the protein in fixed tissue sections.
