Anti-LRPPRC Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LRPPRC, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1041–1394 of human LRPPRC (NP_573566.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 158 kDa.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:100–1:200. It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is intended for research use only.
