Anti-LRPAP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LRPAP1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent raised in rabbit for research use. It is affinity purified in liquid form with a reported molecular weight of 39 kDa, and is provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

Validated applications include WB, IHC, and ICC/IF, with recommended dilutions of WB at 1:500–1:2,000, IHC at 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:100. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse, and rat samples, and the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human LRPAP1. Supporting images include western blot analysis of various cell line extracts, alongside immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded human liver cancer, rat brain, and mouse brain tissues.
