Anti-LRP5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the LRP5 target. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG and is listed as a primary antibody.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1400-1500 of human LRP5 (NP_002326.2) and purified by affinity methods. According to the manufacturer datasheet, the reagent has been validated for western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications on mouse and rat samples. Suggested dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.

The reagent is supplied in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The target is reported with a molecular weight of 180-200 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
