Anti-LRP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against LRP2 (also termed Lrp2/Megalin). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied in liquid form and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 522 kDa. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 4446–4655 of human LRP2 (NP_004516.2). It is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration reported as lot-specific. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:200–1:1,000 and IHC 1:20–1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
