Anti-LRP12 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against human low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 12 (LRP12), also known as LDLR-related protein 12, LRP-12, ST7, or suppressor of tumorigenicity 7 protein. The immunogen is a fusion protein derived from internal residues of the human target, allowing the antibody to detect endogenous levels of total LRP12 protein in human samples. Supplied at a working concentration of 0.8 mg/mL in a 100 µl vial, the reagent is formulated in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by antigen affinity chromatography. The unconjugated, IgG-class antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts specifically with human tissue.
