Anti-LRP1 Antibody

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent targeting LRP1 (Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1, also called CD91 or the alpha-2-macroglobulin receptor), a large multi-ligand endocytic receptor expressed at the cell surface of hepatocytes, neurons, and vascular smooth muscle cells. LRP1 mediates internalization of lipoproteins, protease-inhibitor complexes, and amyloid-beta, linking it to lipid metabolism, fibrinolysis, and Alzheimer's disease research. The unconjugated antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of recombinant antibody in 1×TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.
