Anti-LRIG1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises LRIG1 (leucine-rich repeats and immunoglobulin-like domains 1). It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and validated for Western blotting with reactivity against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 816–1093 of human LRIG1 (NP_056356.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by antigen affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight of the target is 160 kDa. A recommended working dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 is suggested for Western blot. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
