Anti-LRAT Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against human LRAT (lecithin retinol acyltransferase), also known as phosphatidylcholine--retinol O-acyltransferase, and recognises endogenous levels of the total protein. The antibody is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, affinity-purified against the immunogen and supplied unconjugated in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with demonstrated reactivity on both human and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the immunogen used for generation is a recombinant human LRAT protein. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve reagent integrity.
