Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LRAT, raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, the reagent has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications on human samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length human LRAT, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of LRAT protein. The observed molecular weight is approximately 25 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
