Anti-LPXN Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody recognizes leupaxin (LPXN), a focal-adhesion-associated paxillin-family protein involved in integrin signaling, actin organization, and cell adhesion. Supplied by Antibodies.com as 200 µL of unconjugated rabbit IgG, it is intended for Western blot detection and is listed as reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody can support comparison of endogenous LPXN abundance in prepared cell lysates and tissue extracts, including research on hematopoietic-cell adhesion, immune-cell migration, focal-adhesion remodeling, and prostate cancer cell motility.
