The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets LPHN2 (Latrophilin-2), an adhesion-type G protein-coupled receptor studied in neuroscience, exocrine biology, and tumor biology research. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, pH 7.2, as a 100 µl vial, and is validated for Western blot detection of the receptor in human, mouse, and rat samples. Latrophilin-2, also known as ADGRL2, has been characterized in synaptic adhesion studies, exocrine pancreatic secretion models, and in cancer cell line panels where altered expression has been linked to tumor progression. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes across the receptor's extracellular region, supporting reproducible band patterns in Western blot workflows against denatured target protein. Sodium azide is included as a preservative for standard benchtop storage between uses, and the reagent is intended for research use only.
