Lysophosphatidic acid receptor 1 (LPAR1, also annotated as EDG-2) is a G protein-coupled receptor at the center of lipid-driven signaling pathways that govern cell migration, proliferation, and cytoskeletal remodeling. This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit and supplied at 100 µl, was developed to localize LPAR1 in human samples by western blot and immunohistochemistry. Research teams investigating cancer cell invasion, pulmonary or renal fibrosis, and Schwann cell myelination rely on LPAR1 detection to map receptor expression across cultured cell lines and archived tissue sections. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes on the same target, amplifying signal strength when probing a low-abundance GPCR. Each vial is aliquoted from a single rabbit immunization to support lot-to-lot consistency across longitudinal studies.
