Anti-LPAAT-θ Antibody

A polyclonal host:rabbit reagent raised against lysophosphatidylcholine acyltransferase theta (LPAAT-θ), supplied by Antibodies.com as 100 µl of unconjugated antisera. The target participates in phospholipid acyl-chain remodeling through the Lands cycle, where it catalyzes incorporation of polyunsaturated fatty acyl groups into phosphatidylcholine at the sn-2 position.

Validated for western blot, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows, this reagent detects human, mouse, and rat orthologs, enabling cross-species studies of membrane lipid biosynthesis. Used in immunoblotting of cell culture-derived lysates and transfected mammalian expression systems, as well as in immunofluorescence staining of fixed cells and immunohistochemistry on tissue cryosections.
