Anti-LPAAT-δ Antibody

It is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated, allowing flexible labelling or detection in downstream workflows. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of the human protein, and it recognizes endogenous levels of LPAAT-δ in routine immunoassays. Validated applications are Western blot (WB) and ELISA, with confirmed reactivity across human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies and lysate-based screening.
