Anti-LOX Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting LOX (lysyl oxidase), raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–168 of human LOX (NP_002308.2). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is provided at a lot-specific concentration with a stated molecular weight of 47 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images support the product.
