Anti-LNX1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against the LNX1 target in rabbit and isolated by affinity purification. The polyclonal IgG reagent is supplied unconjugated in liquid form, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa, with a predicted molecular weight of 81 kDa.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 501-594 of human LNX1. The antibody is reactive with human samples, with mouse and rat reactivity additionally noted in the manufacturer's specification. According to the manufacturer's datasheet, validated applications include Western blot (recommended dilution 1:1,000-1:5,000) and ELISA, while the catalogue entry separately lists immunofluorescence as an application. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
