Anti-LMX1B (D159) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to LMX1B (D159), raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 131-180 of Human LMX1B. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of LMX1B protein and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the LMX1B target has a reported molecular weight of ~ 42 kDa.
