Anti-LMTK2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against an internal peptide of human LMTK2 (lemur tyrosine kinase 2) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. It is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, formulated as rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺/Ca²⁺, supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total LMTK2 protein and has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, making it well-suited for studies of neuronal kinase signaling, receptor trafficking, and PPP1R100-related pathways.
