Anti-LMOD1 Antibody

This primary antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against LMOD1. It belongs to the IgG isotype, is supplied unconjugated, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 29–187 of human LMOD1 (NP_036266.2). The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. An example IHC application shows staining of paraffin-embedded human colon tissue at a 1:200 dilution under a 40x lens, with microwave antigen retrieval performed in 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 prior to staining. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
