Anti-LMNB2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Anti-LMNB2 polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human LMNB2 immunogen, ensuring specific detection of the endogenous Lamin-B2 protein, also known by the synonym LMN2. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For long-term stability, it should be stored at –20 °C and shielded from repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Researchers can apply it to Western blotting at a working dilution of 1:500–1:2000, to immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50–1:100, and to immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
