Anti-LMNB1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Lamin B1 (LMNB1). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 503–586 of human Lamin B1 (UniProt P20700). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Reported molecular weights for the target are 68 kDa and 45 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, IP: 1:500–1:1,000 and ChIP: 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
