Anti-LMNA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Lamin A and is knockout (KO) validated. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for WB, IHC, ICC/IF and IP applications, supplied as an unconjugated IgG. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 403-572 of human Lamin A/C (NP_733821.1) and recognises proteins of 63 kDa / 74 kDa.

It is affinity purified and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:200-1:1,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200 and IP: 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
