Anti-LMNA Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human LMNA immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com detects the endogenous level of total LMNA (Lamin A/C) protein. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows, and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it a versatile choice for nuclear-envelope and lamin-biology studies across model systems.
