Anti-LMBRD1 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against LMBRD1, the LMBR1 domain-containing protein 1 also referred to as LMBD1 and NESI. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for use in Western blotting and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence on human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 220–300 of human LMBRD1 (NP_060838.3). The target is detected at approximately 50 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.

The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
