Anti-LMAN1 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG and directed against LMAN1. It is unconjugated and supplied as a liquid. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 270–480 of human LMAN1. The antibody has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. The reported molecular weight is 55 kDa. Storage instructions are shipment at 4°C, followed by aliquoting and storage at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
