Anti-LKB1 (R425) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody, unconjugated, raised against LKB1 and recognising the R425 epitope region. The product is listed by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 396–442 of human LKB1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of LKB1 protein. Observed molecular weights are approximately 48 and 54 kDa. Reactivity has been validated against human, mouse and rat samples, and the antibody is intended for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
