Anti-LKB1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LKB1. It is supplied unconjugated as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human LKB1 as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of LKB1 protein. It has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 54 kDa.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is accompanied by three scientific validation images.
