Anti-LITAF Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against LITAF and supplied by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation, and reacts with Human and Mouse samples. It is KO Validated and is supported by 3 scientific images.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–161 of human LITAF (NP_004853.2). It is of the IgG isotype and has been affinity-purified. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide; reported molecular weight is 20 kDa and concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and IP: 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
