Anti-LIR-6 (F83) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody (F83) recognises the LIR-6 protein and is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 51–80 of human LIR-6. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including immunocytochemistry, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 53 kDa.

The reagent detects endogenous levels of LIR-6 protein and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
