Anti-LIPF Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit, of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated and affinity purified. The reagent is produced by ABclonal and offered through Antibodies.com. Validated for Western blot, the manufacturer's datasheet additionally lists IHC-P, IF/ICC and ELISA applications. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Recommended dilutions are 1:200 to 1:2000 for Western blot, 1:50 to 1:200 for IHC-P and IF/ICC, with a starting concentration of 1 µg/mL suggested for ELISA. Storage is at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The antibody is provided in PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol at pH 7.3; one datasheet specifies 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, while another specifies 0.01% thimerosal. Calculated molecular weights for the recognised target are listed as 162 kDa, 236 kDa, 237 kDa and 241 kDa on one version of the datasheet, and as 244 kDa on another.
