Anti-LIPC Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against LIPC, offered by Antibodies.com in its unconjugated form. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 349-394 of human LIPC and detects endogenous levels of LIPC protein. It has been validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supported by one scientific validation image. The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Affinity purification from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen yielded a preparation of greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE, with an apparent molecular weight of approximately 56 kDa.
