Anti-LIPA Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets LIPA (Lysosomal acid lipase/LAL) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is affinity purified. The expected molecular weight is 40 - 45 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 110-399 of human LIPA (NP_001121077.1). For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
