Anti-LIN28B Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG polyclonal reagent, this 200 µL antibody targets the LIN28B RNA-binding protein, a member of the Lin28 family that blocks maturation of let-7 microRNAs and is implicated in stem cell maintenance, metabolic regulation, and oncogenesis. Researchers use it for western blot detection of endogenous LIN28B in human cell lines and tumor lysates, for immunohistochemistry localization in formalin-fixed tissue sections, for immunofluorescence imaging of cytoplasmic and nucleolar staining patterns, and for flow cytometry analysis of LIN28B-expressing populations. The reagent is a polyclonal rabbit IgG, unconjugated to allow flexible fluorophore or enzyme labeling by the end user, and reactivity has been validated against human LIN28B.
