Anti-LIN28A Antibody

This unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody targets LIN28A, an RNA-binding protein best known for its role as a gatekeeper of pluripotency. By selectively binding the precursor forms of let-7 microRNAs through its cold shock and zinc-knuckle domains, LIN28A blocks maturation of this tumor-suppressor family and helps maintain stem-cell-like states in embryonic, germline, and reprogrammed cells; reactivation of the same pathway has also been documented across multiple cancer types.

The antibody is supplied as 100 µL of purified immunoglobulin in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, and 0.2% sodium azide as preservative. It is validated for Western blot and shows reactivity with both human and mouse LIN28A, supporting reproducible detection in pluripotency research, germline development studies, and oncology workflows where LIN28A re-expression is being characterized.
