Anti-LIMK2 (phospho-T505) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises LIMK2 when phosphorylated at threonine 505. It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human LIMK2 surrounding the Thr505 phosphorylation site, and the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and detects endogenous levels of LIMK2 only when phosphorylated at Thr505. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa.
