Anti-LIMK2 (K491) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against LIMK2 (K491), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 480–520 of Human LIMK2. According to manufacturer information, it detects endogenous levels of LIMK2 protein and does not cross-react with LIMK1. The observed molecular weight is approximately 72 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
