Anti-LIMK1 (Q491) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody against LIMK1, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 450-500 of human LIMK1. Designated Q491, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, including ICC/IF, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody detects endogenous levels of LIMK1 protein and does not cross-react with LIMK2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has an expected molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
