Anti-LIMK1 (phospho T508) + LIMK2 (phospho T505) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody that selectively recognizes LIMK1 and LIMK2 only when phosphorylated at their activation loop threonine residues (T508 in LIMK1 and T505 in LIMK2). LIM kinases are serine/threonine kinases that phosphorylate cofilin to control actin cytoskeleton remodeling, and phosphorylation at these specific sites marks the catalytically active form of each kinase.

Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antibody in a vial, the reagent is validated for Western blot detection of active LIMK1 and LIMK2 in human samples. The polyclonal format allows detection of either kinase independently when both are present in the same blot.
