Anti-LIMK1 (phospho-T508) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com is raised against LIMK1 when phosphorylated at threonine 508 (phospho-T508). The reagent is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human LIMK1 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 508, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of LIMK1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr508. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target runs at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 72 kDa.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF). The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.
