Anti-LIMK1 (phospho T508) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is directed against LIM Kinase 1 phosphorylated at Thr508, raised using a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on T508 of human LIMK1. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Human, Mouse and Rat samples in Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody has a molecular weight of 73 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:100–1:200 for ICC/IF, with concentration reported as lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
