Anti-LIMK1 Antibody [Assigned #A0547]

This mouse monoclonal antibody targets LIMK1 (LIM domain kinase 1), a serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates cofilin to regulate actin cytoskeleton dynamics. The unconjugated IgG reagent, supplied as 100 µl aliquots by Antibodies.com, recognizes the kinase in human and mouse samples and is validated for Western Blot detection of endogenous LIMK1 expression.
