Anti-LIMK-1 / 2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against LIM kinase 1 and 2 (LIMK-1 / 2) and is validated for ELISA, Western blot, and immunohistochemistry workflows. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and it was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from human LIMK-1 / 2 around the non-phosphorylation site at Thr508/Thr505 before being affinity-chromatography purified using the epitope-specific immunogen.
