Anti-LILRB5 Antibody

The LILRB5 target (Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptor subfamily B member 5), also known as CD85c and LIR-8, is an inhibitory receptor expressed predominantly on myeloid lineage cells, including monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells. It modulates innate immune signaling through interactions with MHC class I ligands and has been investigated in tumor immunology and inflammatory disease research, including reported genetic associations with susceptibility to conditions such as Behçet's disease in published genome-wide studies.

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The antibody was raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot detection of LILRB5 in both human and rat samples. Its polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the target protein.
